Georgia Tech vs. Northeastern for Computer Engineering

Trying to decide...30K/year scholarship at NEU, in-state tuition for GT. Honors at NEU, haven't been accepted yet to honors at GT.

Meaning that the price is $23,284 for GT, and $25,296 + misc costs at NEU?

http://www.northeastern.edu/financialaid/pdf/calculator1.html</a> (does not include personal/misc costs)

Is your post-graduation goal employment or PhD program? If employment, what region would you prefer to work in? Do you want to do co-op (an essential part of the curriculum at NEU, optional at GT)?

Yes, the costs would be pretty close. I would go for a 5 year masters at NEU, which would enable me to also do two 6 month co-ops (paid), because I have 7 AP credits going in. I’m not sure if GT has a 5 year masters program,
and I have no idea if I’ll be accepted to the GT Honors program.

GT has several BS/MS programs. For example:

What region would you prefer to work in? If it’s in the northeast, thats a big plus for NEU.
