How hard is it for an EE to get a job at Texas Instruments or Linear Technologies?

Are they strict, looking for only UC graduates?

Or are they lenient, trying to get as many EE's as possible due to the sheer amount of products they make?

Anybody want to share internship experiences with them? Do they even accept interns?

I have a 3.1 GPA, 1 year internship experience at the power company, research experience in transportation engineering, and research experience designing electronics for DOE. I'm starting grad school in the Fall for a Masters in EE focusing on electronics and power.
