Getting in Harvard/Mit

I am from INDIA and want to go to Harvard or Mit.I had an excellent academic record (Full cgp in class 9th and 10th and 83% & 94% in class 11th & 12th respec.).I also got merit certificate in both class 9th and 10th for being in top 1% in India.I have done a lot of extra curricular activities from undertaking advance training in first aid to participating in various competetions very different from each other.

I like to innovate a lot and won IGNITE national innovation competition and was awarded by Former President of India Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam
I got selected in top 10 teams from India in social innovation relay competition.
I also got an reccomendation letter from CSIR (India's premier government research body) scientist as i have worked with him in the CSIR lab on a research paper (yet to be published).I was the group leader of this research and laid down the entire planning and execution.
I am the house captain of my school and started a first of it's kind innovator's club in the school where student's brought their own ideas and we would gather every week and discuss them.(No student has ever formed a club in our school)
I am also confident of having good marks in SAT 1 & 2 and ACT.
Also all my subject teachers and the principal are ready to give the reccomendation letters to me.

Also what are my chances of going into these universities?

We really can’t tell you your chances until we have some concrete stats for your SAT and ACT as well as what courses you took.

Post your SAT/ACT results here to give us an idea

Would you be able to go to those schools paying the full sticker price?

Sat reasoning test score - nearly 2200
Sat subject scores (physics and maths) - above 740 each
yes i will be able to fund my fees and other expenses.
I have not taken any other courses away from school and i also have certificates of 3 NGO’s i have worked with.

Your test scores seem a little low, but your awards and EC’s are extremely, extremely impressive.

Are you aware that both of these schools are over $60,000 per year?
Also, your test scores an GPA are pretty low for an int’l student applying to these schools. The odds aren’t in your favor

I want to know i more thing that when i submit my high school report card i.e.11th and 12th class in india (scanned and attested) do i have to submit only the final report card for each class or even include 20 and 40 marker unit test that happen many times a year report cards in it?

Also as there are boards in india in class 12th.So do i have to submit the final board marksheet or even my final school reportcard (which has no value)

You have to submit a complete academic transcript which includes everything. If you are admitted and enroll, you have to then submit a final transcript which includes everything which occurs post-enrollment.

This is from Stanford, but applies everywhere:
