Getting into Law School Entertainment Law

Hispanic/Latino male student from a state university out west. Two majors not political science. GPA 3.52, projected LSAT score about 165-170. I'm prepping now, haven't officially taken it, but working for the 170. Speak 4+ languages. Received prestigious journalism fellowship, participated in two journalism internships... one high-profile.
Most interested in entertainment law, intellectual property and international law.
WHAT ARE MY CHANCES AT SCHOOLS IN NY AND LA AREA?
Most interested in Columbia, NYU, Fordham, Yeshiva, UCLA and USC.
I'm interested in Southwestern because of its entertainment law emphasis probably can get in it, but it's a tier 4 school. Is it worth it? I don't think so.
Maybe I can't be accepted in any of these schools especially Columbia and NYU.
Also interested in Loyola Marymount (LA) and Pepperdine.

WHAT ARE MY CHANCES REALLY? DESPITE THE LOW GPA.

Hofstra, Touro, Pace (White Plains, NY) and law schools in Orange County might be possible for me to get into, but again are tier 3 and 4. I don't want to settle for a bottom-ranked law school, get in debt, when the school has no specialization and I'll have a hard time getting a job and way in debt.

SO...
is Columbia out of the question? Is NYU?
Should I forget about UCLA or USC?
What about the others?

Be honest, I don't want to waste time or money... but want to pursue law.

THANKS!

Columbia/NYU - reach (still apply though; ethnicity helps)
UCLA - match/low reach
USC - low match/match
Others - in

Thank you for that input! UCLA has an excellent entertainment law program and being a match/low reach gives me hope I can be admitted.
Now what about Southwestern? Is it a waste of time? Not worth it being a Tier 3-4 school? It specializes in entertainment law.
Should I forget about any schools not in Tier 1. I could probably still get into a Tier 1 law school even if not Columbia or NYU.

You need safeties if you want to be sure you will get in somewhere.

Would you consider Fordham, Yeshiva (Cardozo), Loyola and Pepperdine as "safe" safeties for me. Those interest me the most for entertainment law after UCLA, USC, or Columbia and NYU.
What about Southwestern. Is it a safety? Is going to a specialized tier 4 school worth it? I have my doubts. What say you?

As someone who went to law school and worked in the entertainment industry...skip Southwestern. Even if you're somehow rejected at USC, UCLA, and NYU, you will get into LMU. And you'll do much better coming out of Loyola than Southwestern.

So ruling out Southwestern... based on what I've said what are my chances at USC specifically. Have heard some UCLA feedback. LMU seems like a shoe-in... safe to say?

You need a REAL LSAT score before you decide what schools are "safe."

Don't get lulled into a school because it offers a focus in "x" area at a lower ranked law school - this is a trap. Go to the highest ranked law school and this will open the most doors even if no concentrations are offered. Remember Top Grades + Top School = Top Jobs.

I have a friend that went to a T4 law school. He also wanted to do Entertainment and Sports Law. Except he could never get into the door. The cruelty is that once or twice a year an ES lawyer from a big law firm would speak on this field (boasting really) and tell people how great it is and yet no one from the T4 could get anywhere near this field. The ES lawyer candidly admitted that it was a very difficult field to get into.
