<p>I'm a high school junior in Texas. I'm really interested in going to NYU to apply to their film and television program. My grades aren't great (My GPA is around 3.0-3.3) but the school that I attend is an early college, which means that by the time I graduate I'll have been enrolled in enough college classes to earn an Assosciate's Degree in Liberal Arts. I'm hoping that will help my chances. I've taken part in a few school plays, and I'm an officer in a few clubs. My SAT scores are around 1800-2000 and my class rank isn't great. Also, I've written a few articles for Collegehumor.com and they've been published on the site. I'm hoping being a really good writer/storyteller will get me accepted into their film and television program. Do you think my chances are good, is there anything I should work on?
