Getting into SUNY Oneonta?

I'm an out-of-state student, and just got my SAT Scores for this year:

Critical Reading: 370
Math: 560
Writing: 420

SUNY Oneonta only wants Critical Reading(500-580) and Math (520-600), and they say students must take placement tests if they score low. I have a GPA of 3.5 in, taking 2 college classes in high school which are Pre-Calculus(Math) and Composition(English), also I'm taking another college class at a community college for the semester, which is Intermediate Algebra. My class rank is in the top 10 to. So what are my chances of getting in to SUNY Oneonta for Computer Art as a freshman for 2013-2014?

Oneonta: High match

Is there any good test-optional college for computer art?

I couldn’t find anything that says about this.

NOTE: I posted this thread in the “What Are My Chances?” Section. Right here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1460867-getting-into-suny-oneonta.html#post15481983

Ignore the note.

Did you try the ACT?

No, the only Test I can try is the SAT. I already send my scores to Oneonta, and the deadline for sending SAT Scores is tomorrow.

Your GPA is on target but your SAT is low, but you never know. Have you applied elsewhere

Well UB, and got accepted for Interior Design with a Presidential Scholarship. This was before I sent them the scores.

Actually I just realized that you are OOS. That may help you.

How will it help?

I knew UCSD, UWA, UCLA and Berkeley were payment-sensitive, but I never imagined the SUNYs becoming payment-sensitive to the point of favoring an out-of-stater paying full freight over an in-stater that paid in-state full freight…

What are you talking about?
