Getting into UCLA Grad School in Biochemistry

Hi,
I am currently an undergrad student at Kennesaw State University (GA). I have GPA of 3.98, and I'm doing my first semester of organic chemistry research (Spring semester of Junior year).

I was wondering how hard it's to get into UCLA for a PhD in biochemistry and what are my chances?
I am gonna study over the summer for the GRE, and I should have a strong LOR from my mentor. I am an international student, but I will get my degree in the US. My dream is to get accepted to a good school, such as MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Harvard,... but I know chances for these schools are much lower than for other schools.
I'd like to know how is UCLA rate of acceptance compared to these top schools and WHAT ARE MY CHANCES. I know my GPA is good, but I only have one semester of research experience (two semesters by the time of application). I tried to do some summer research, but these are financed by REU and you must be US citizen to apply (and I am not).

Thanks!
