Hey all, I'm a transfer to USC and was wondering how to get involved with shows in Trojan Vision and the radio station KSCR. At my old institution, we could basically get on air if we worked hard and it wasn't a job, but an activity. At USC, do we apply and get hired at Trojan Vision and KSCR like a job and get paid? Sorry, but I'm really confused.

And what are my chances for making it on air as a new student?

Yes, you could be on air, and yes, eventually you could get paid if you show dedication and hard work.

Get Involved

VOLUNTEER!

Trojan Vision always needs volunteers to help on live broadcasts, promo shoots, and other shows. Well train you to operate professional TV cameras, audio mixers, and other broadcast equipment. Trojan Vision produces a wide variety of shows, all of them constantly need help with both technical and non-technical jobs. If you work hard, volunteer work and involvement at Trojan Vision can lead to paid positions.
