Getting jobs out of NYU: CAS vs. Stern

<p>I've been accepted into College of Arts and Sciences, and I was wondering what people had heard about what it's like trying to get a job from different schools at NYU.</p>

<p>Stern is considered one of the best places for placement, especially when it comes to finance, which is what I'm interested in doing post college. However, does this extend to CAS?</p>

<p>I've heard speculation that at career fairs employers will just skip over the Arts+Sci resumes in favor of those from Stern. Is this true??</p>

<p>All NYU students have the same access to Wasserman’s Career Services. For on campus recruiting, everyone has a fair shake. I have quite a few friends who have landed summer jobs through OCR, who are also in CAS. </p>

<p>I don’t think the part about career fairs is true.</p>
