<p>Yes, read a few books on the subject. Make sure they are the most recent editions, as there have been a lot of changes lately. A good one is "Paying for College Without Going Broke." Then ask questions here.</p>

<p>Look long and hard at the website for your college and your major. Sometimes scholarship forms are in these places and have deadlines that are on the website. My sons scholarship form was buried in the websire for his major. It was six lines long; it was for a full ride :)</p>
