Girls chase 'nerdy' guys?

An0nym0u5: That's an interesting question you bring up. I guess I've never really put any thought into it for the past three years, but I think there will probably be some difference in the way I interact with girls in college. I still keep in contact and hang out with many girls I know from junior high, but I have rarely met any new girls in HS. Meeting new people will most certainly be different - even getting adjusted to a co-ed system will probably take a while.

I've talked to a few alumni of my high school and they didn't have a problem in meeting girls at colleges, so I'm guessing it really won't make a difference. But, I must admit, going to an all-boys school has changed my opinion of girls a lot - as it has for most of my classmates. Not to sound pretentious, but it seems that guys who go to co-ed schools sometimes take it for granted that girls are there; however, once you spend 8 hours of your day without the opposite sex, you begin to truly value and appreciate your relationships with the opposite sex. At least that's been my experience with going to a single-sex HS.

Girls chase 'nerdy' guys?

If the answer is yes then something else must be wrong with me lol. oh wait, its because I'm always in the library stuck in my books all day. and.. that I am too quiet outside of my close friends circle and... that many times I dont sleep so I am cranky a lot and... well.... I need to work on this before college starts :-P And I thought it was because of my looks all along. Of course not, I'm absolutely gorgeous!

There's a guy called starman. Stargirl <---->Starman? Some kind of connection?

sleepisabliss, i bet there's like 5 girls out there waiting for you to notice them or something! I only start talking to guys when they talk to me first.. it's weird?
