Girls' eyes shoot up when I pass them on campus...sign of interest or disgust? haha

Hey girls, I've been noticing this more and more. Whenever I pass by a cute girl on campus, we'd make quick eye contact (like 1 second), and then suddenly her eyes would dart up, and she'd be looking up at the sky. Does that mean she's interested, or disgusted? I thought they were supposed to look at the ground?

For example, the other day I was going down the sidewalk from like 30 feet away, and this girl sees me, her eyes shoot up so I could actually see the whites of her eyes a little bit....and she holds them there until we're side by side, and then she shoots a quick glance over.

she probably darts up and thinks, "God, how can you make someone look so ugly".

Wow this is pretty funny for a first time post.

it most likely means you are looking too long, more than just a glance and are giving the girls the heebyjeebies

I know if someone looks to long, it can be icky...jsut a thought

and are you looking at their FACES with a little smile, or is a leer at the body...if most girls are reacting the same way, its NOT wow, he's hot...its more of eww, he's creeping me out, no matter how attractive you are

I was def. NOT looking too long, because the moment our eyes meet, hers dart up, instead of to the side. So there was no way I was looking at her too long. It was only for 1 second or less.

I would say get some courage and go ask this mysterious girl out for coffee or something. However, I prefer asking girls that you actually know rather than random girls that are good looking.

well, I would if I knew if she was interested or just plain out disgusted.....thats why i asked the question here

You post on livewire hahahha.

you don't understand the ladies...if she is averting her eyes, it IS something you are doing...you should be able to tell....so if you think you aren't looking too long, well, rethink that....or your body language, cause being a lady, and having 2 Ds, its easy to tell if you are creeping someone out, or they are interested

it means you dress like a rapist. Go get some new threads son

Maybe you're imagining all of this? Seems like you're thinking too hard about it. Regardless, I'm shocked at how bizarre your question is.

you're a freak

jack4640: I think you are being a little to harsh.

This is kind of off topic but isn't it funny that so many people add good qualities to someone they don't know just because that someone looks good. Everyone does it, but I don't think a lot of people realize it.

"you're a freak"

jack4640, I don't know if you were trying to be funny or cool, both of which you are obviously not lol....but that was uncalled for...even if you dont like his post...

your fly is unzipped. and thats not all...

Eyes shooting up is usually bad... Eyes glancing down accompanied with a smile is usually good.

she probably darts up and thinks, "God, how can you make someone look so ugly".

Lmao, I'm puttin that down on the imaginary pad of paper.

Doesn't mean anything, and you are certainly imagining things a bit.
