<p>Help me out. Earlier this year, I flew out to Los Angeles to help make a an empowering short movie for teenage girls. I was one of 10 girls chosen to participate in the Girls in the Director's Chair program, so even though I was from the east coast I was on the west coast team- due to the fact their movie was going to be based on my idea. So, the West Coast team came together in early march to shot, direct and produce : Halfcourt Push.</p>
<p>From all over the country, we worked together to put out a pretty awesome movie. Now it's premiering online. And sure we have competiton (the east coast team) but we're a pretty talented bunch (one of our teammates composed/performed a song that's featured in the east coast trailor) and we're doing everything we can to get word out about the Girls in the Director's Chair program and the movie.</p>
