<p>Last year, a Bama student also won Best Picture...and won Best is 2 other categories and was a finalist in 3 other categories.</p>
<p>This year's winning student is the chid of a CC parent...and got nearly a full-ride for his stats...he graduated in May, but Bama funded his Hollywood trip. He won a regional competition that qualified him to compete at this Hollywood festival.</p>
<p>now, his film will be shown at the Cannes Film Festival. </p>
<p>So, don't think you have to go to a school on the west coast for film....</p>
