Is anyone else applying for the GWC program? I don’t know if I should go since it’s an hour away from where I live and it’s such a big time commitment. My dad doesn’t really want me to go b/c it’s too far and he wants me to focus on SATs but I hope I can still do it

me too!! i really want to be able to do this program bc its my last summer in high school. im also really curious as to how selective it is. Given that the program is free and each location accepts 20ish girls I can only guess that its pretty competitive

Are we supposed to submit a transcript? I don’t see a part on the application to do that…

For the first short answer question, how long are you guys writing your response? Mine is barely over 50, but the limit it 250, which makes me feel like I really should add more.

My responses are almost 250 :confused: Will they not read the entire thing if it’s too long? How long should the responses be based on people who got in previously?
