The title might be a bit misleading, what I should say is, give me a school with an average GPA less than 3.0. Mine's 2.2 (and improving). So just someplace easy to get into. Preferably near New England.

Go here: [College Search - College Confidential](http://www.collegeconfidential.com/college_search/)

Input the average GPA you’re looking for and preferred location and whatever else.

Your local community college.

Are you a junior in high school?

Do you have a budget or will your parents pay for wherever you go to school?

I’m a junior, and my parents are paying for my college

Yes, your title should be give me some good schools that I can be admitted to.

Framingham State is a good school. Wentworth is a good school. Eastern Nazarene is a good school. University of New England is a good school.

Some schools that are easier to get into: Regis College, Mount Ida, Lasell, Curry, Becker.

It also depends on your SAT scores and what you want to study. There are schools that do not require SAT scores:

Temple may be nice. Bill Cosby’s Alma mater and all.

Perhaps the Northeast Region CTCL schools are worth a look. Some of the CTCL schools are not difficult to be admitted to. (I don’t know if this applies to any of these in the Northeast.)

colle2012, how do finances figure in to this? Usually your in-state publics are the best bargain. (What state are you from?) On the other hand, if there are two comparable schools, one in the Midwest and one in the Northeast, the one in the Midwest will sometimes be easier to be admitted to.

the person who said Temple may not be aware that admission to Temple has been increasingly competitive. Only 2% of the Freshman Class have a GPA less than 2.5. about 85% have a GPA over 3.0 And that’s including all the basketball recruits. Moreover, staying in school at Temple is no walk in the park. Its also quite expensive for out of state students. Seriously, I would not recommend Temple for you.

have you taken SAT/ACT yet and if so what are your scores because that matters too.
