<p>Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with Long Island University's Global College program. I was considering applying to LIU Global next year. </p>
<p>I would like to know how selective it is. Is it hard to get into? Like what are my chances?</p>
<p>Here are some stats-
I will be a senior in HS this coming year. I have a 3.8 GPA and a challenging schedule (5 out of 8 classes were AP Junior year, 4 out of 8 senior year). I have a 27 on my ACT, but I just started taking it, and I'm hoping to improve my score by 3-4 points. </p>
<p>I have international ties in Northern Ireland and Uganda. I participated in an exchange/ peace-conflict resolution program in which i got to host a student from northern Ireland for a month and also got to go to N.Ireland for the summer. I founded a program that builds water cisterns in southern Uganda. I hope to go to Uganda soon. </p>
<p>I also do loads of volunteer work (i have 250+ hours for this past year). I am involved in community theatre and acting. I do speech and debate, i write for the school newspaper, I'm president of the service club, I'm a member of the Spanish club and art club, I'm in choir and Drama club, etc.... (and whatever i'm forgetting.) </p>
