<p>So the website says if you don't pay in 10 days, your agreement will be canceled. If I didn't pay, and my agreement was canceled, can I reapply after that if I decide FSU is where I want to go.</p>
<p>SOCAL18 as long as you tell them by May 1, you would only lose $50 and get the rest of your housing deposit back. You have to decide admission by then also so if you think you might want to go to FSU, you should give them the housing deposit and decide before May 1. Pay by check to avoid the online payment fees.</p>
<p>Finally got through to the payment processing system this morning and paid the housing deposit. couldn't get in last night due to all the traffic on the site.</p>

<p>Only way to find out is to try it.</p>
<p>In general, start checking your financial status around 5-6 pm the evening before and if you have an entry for your tuition deposit due, your in. If not, it does not mean you are not in. But they start loading the deposits around 5-6 pm–AT LEAST IN THE PAST.</p>
<p>At midnight on the appointed day, you can confirm your admissions status, but the admissions server is overloaded right at midnight anyway, so check on the housing page and if you can sign in and if it lets you fill out a housing contract, DO IT AND GET YOUR PRIORITY NUMBER. If you can sign all the way in and start filling out the form, you are accepted. Don’t worry about dorm choices, just fill four in. YOU CAN GO BACK UNTIL MARCH and reorder your dorms in order of your interest. </p>
<p>To get your admissions decision at midnight you sign in as you normally do when you are checking your application status. There is a link to click for financial info and that is the link you can start checking on after 5pm. To check housing, you go to housing.fsu.edu and click on the APPLY HERE link. That you can try starting at midnight. NO MATTER IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED FOR SUMMER OR FALL, you go on and sign up for fall is you want a priority number. That is your number that carries with you. SUMMER HOUSING IS LATER, and summer priority is always separate each summer you might attend.</p>
<p>IF YOU ARE NOT 18, be aware that you have to download and send in a signed form with a parent’s signature, and if this does not arrive in 10 days, YOU LOOSE YOUR NUMBER. If you want to pay by check and not online, same–check has to arrive in 10 days OR YOU LOOSE YOUR NUMBER. Every year we post warnings and every year someone here still looses their spot.</p>

<p>AbbeyRoad, the link will start to work for housing near or at midnight on the day decisions are released AND NOT BEFORE. But while everyone else is checking admissions, you can be going on housing. There is no hack before then.</p>

<p>Dnerd: Just apply 10 days from the date when you’ll be able to pay. Just make sure you make the deposit on that 10th day or you’ll lose your priority #. You should still be able to get housing.</p>
