<p>It gives you your priority number once you have submitted the application. The payment server is overloaded for me as well. And the stupid housing app wouldn't work the three times I tried to submit it on Internet Explorer!!

<p>gah you beat me! I tried submitting the housing app around 9 times in opera, then 3 times in firefox. #21 is still decent :)</p>
