will it be significantly harder to get into a top law school (yale, harvard, columbia etc.) by going to baruch and getting a history major than going to a nationally ranked university.

P.S. will it also hurt my job chances even if i get accepted to a top law school

It generally goes

LSAT

GPA

Undergrad University

Baruch obviously doesn’t have the cache of a Harvard or a Yale but it’s at least a respected accredited institution. If you have the GPA and the LSAT, you should be fine. I doubt it’s going to help you but I don’t think a Baruch degree will hold to back too much either.
