Which is a better undergraduate business school? I heard that even though Goizueta is ranked 5 in Businessweek, realistically the school is overrated and has worse job placement in relation to other business schools. Can anyone give me more insight into the Goizueta program? Is it hard to get into a consulting firm after graduating? How hard is it to do well while you are in the school? Do you have to be top in the class to get a job?

Ross really has the edge. Mich’s alumni network is second to none, which is huge in finance (assuming that’s what you want to major in).

Both are good. Ross is more well known and more widely recruited. Emory and Michigan are very different campus environments. If costs are same, choose for environment you prefer.

Both are excellent. As UCB points out, Ross is more well known and more widely recruited, but Goizuetta is also excellent. Assuming cost of attendance is not a factor, I would choose the university and environment you prefer.
