Does anyone have any experience with Goldman Sachs and their super-day process?

I've googled quite a bit but haven't gotten anything too specific.

They rented space at 1 Liberty Plaza (large building near their headquarters) for us, they had each of us interview with an analyst from a group twice (2 interviews), then they called us in for lunch. After lunch we were all brought back to the original room, and they began to call out certain of us for interviews again with either the same or different analysts. At the same time, they asked for about 8 of us (the total amount of kids at this super-day was 20 I believe) and they put us in a shuttle and took us to headquarters. We were thrown around different groups, and had several interviews with members of each group. I met with an analyst, vp, vp, md and repeated the process for each group I met with. At around 5:30 PM (this was a Thursday), the lady from HR said I could go home.

It is now Saturday and I have yet to hear anything. Does anyone have any experience waiting for a call back?

Also, if I get offered a summer position with a group i'm not interested in, how do I go about trying to get that changed? Do I even have that option?

We were all interviewing for IMD, positions in Private Wealth, Global Risk, Trust services, HR, Key services or something (?), and Hedge Fund strategies.

I met with the Private wealth group at the headquarters, as well as global risk. I'd be interested in private wealth but not global risk (they were analyzing municipal bonds). I'd really prefer IBD.

Does anyone have any input/experience/advice? I don't have ANYONE to talk to about any of this.
