I absolutely love math and science (physics, chemistry), but I've never been very good at design or working with my hands. Should I still pursue an engineering degree? What kind of career options are available for me?
Thanks!

Engineers are problem solvers. You may not be very good at design now but if you pursue a engineering degree you will learn how to think more critically and how to design in a respective field.

You can also get engineering jobs dealing with research. Similar to being a scientist but considering application. Less design related I believe.

I absolutely loath the idea of engineering design. It is not something I could even see myself being strong in even if I were trained to think that way for 4 years. Theory has always been my cup of tea. This is one of the very many reasons I chose to go away from the engineering route. All this to say, if your school has an introduction to engineering class within the first year curriculum, take it and see if the engineering mindset is something you are comfortable with. I found that it just wasn’t my style, and now I am in the sciences. Every person is different.

Just an experience from someone who had the very same questions a year ago but has now figured it out.

Thanks, guys! :)

You probably won’t be able to design anything if you are just taking classes. You need to get your hands on something. Join a project team, or an internship. That way you will gain access to the design. Very often classwork are way too simple.
