Good/Bad Idea to Send Not-So-Good AP Scores as Transfer Applicant to Ivy League School?

<p>I screwed up my AP scores, so do I have to send AP scores as a transfer applicant? Is it recommended that I don't if they weren't so good? I am trying to transfer to either UPenn or Columbia, I have a high school GPA of 3.84 unweighted/4.3 weighted</p>
