Good college for geography/GIS on the coast?

<p>I'm a third year student in Maine and I'm not very happy with where I am. I'm a geography/anthropology major looking to finish my degree at a school that has a good Geographical Information Systems (GIS) program. Somewhere not land-locked would be preferable, and tuition <18k. I was looking at San Fransisco State, but I'd like to hear suggestions from anyone who has any better idea. Thanks!</p>
