Sometimes I feel like eating other things that aren't on the Duke merchants points. I was wondering if there were other delivery services? Thanks!

anyone? help?

Meh, the Merchants on Points seems to be the only thing kids order. If you had a car, you could drive to UNC or local restaurants (which are amazing).
I don’t think you’ll be ordering take-out often with the freshmen meal plan. You get used to the Marketplace food eventually (pizza @ Marketplace is always decent/good)

Ninth street isn’t too far of a walk, though I wouldn’t recommend staying out too late and be alone. Mad Hatters in the Whole Food plaza has some decent food, though I don’t know if they do dinner. From memory, on Ninth St. you have, in distance from East: Blue Corn Restaurant (sit-in southwest tex-mex), international delights (lebanese), jimmy johns, a vietnamese place that doesn’t have pho everyday (what’s up with that?), Chubby’s Tacos (pretty good, kinda greasy), Dales’s Indian Cusine, and Shabu Shabu (assemble your own noodle bowl, though I’ve heard marginal things about it).

Bali Hai is gooooood.

Norm’s is also good…
