good dorms for sophomores?

any advice? not on the vern though

My friends like the JBKO, but in general, the rooms for the rest are smaller, but better located. I have one friend in Schenley, and although small, the location is prime. Hope it helps

cool, thanks. i'm thinking of jbko or munson right now

Anyone have good advice for Jr. dorms?

i think most junior dorms are like old apt buildings... look their housing website and they have descriptiosn of all of them, i just wish they had pictureso f the rooms!

:( I know what you mean. BTW, did you join the facebook group yet?

West End, JBKO, Guthridge. If you happen to know any junior or seniors you can also be pulled up into much nicer dorms like the Dakota, New Hall, and Ivory Hall.

Oh junior dorms. Dakota, New Hall, and City Hall are excellent. City Hall is a little bit of a distance from campus (in fact it will be all graduate housing by 2016), but it was convereted from an old hotel and consequently...it's sweet. I haven't been inside the rooms in Dakota, but they are apparently quite spacious. And New Hall is relatively new, and offers nice amenities. It's sort of a mini Ivory.
