Good engineering colleges?

I was wondering if you guys know some colleges with good engineering programs. I'm a junior in highschool, and I plan on becoming a civil engineer. I have good grades (Always 5A's and 1B), okay SAT scores (around the 1800 range, but I'm working super hard to improve it), and a few ec's (however, I think I have one EC that makes me stand out). Also the grades are all AP and Honor classes.

I have a pretty good list right now: UC Berkeley (everyone can dream, right?) UCLA, Cal Poly SLO, and SDSU.

As it stands, UC Berkeley and UCLA, based on admission charts, are pretty much a long shot. Cal Poly SLO I have a pretty good shot at. However, I would like to have a few more colleges incase Cal Poly doesn't work out, and, as far as I can tell, SDSU seems to be a little bit too easy for me. (Btw, I know about UCSD; however, they don't have a civil engineer major)

So can anyone help me out, and maybe recommend a college or two? Thanks in advance :)

Do you want to stay on the west coast? What is your SAT score total for just math and reading? You need more matches and safeties on your list.

Assuming you are a California resident, add the UCs and CSUs that have your major. Make sure to have a safety in your list, unless you prefer to use community college and then transfer as your safety.

UC-Davis, UC-Santa Barbara, UC-Irvine, UC-Santa Cruz. All of them are good colleges for engineering.
