Good Enough? Or Do I Have to Redeem Myself?

Hello,

I am a junior in high school and wanted to know where I stand in the running for acceptance for college. In freshman and sophomore year I tried hard and kept a 4.0 and a 3.9 respectively. But this year I slipped up and got a 3.5. My courses were all honors freshman year, two APs and all honors sophomore year and 5 APs and all honors now. Next year I am taking 6 APs. My grades you could say are deteriorating but weighted they were high. Junior year I was accepted into an internship in NYC which I go to every week and invest a lot of time in. I show leadership such as leader of clubs, coordinator for community service and I created a brand. I am also trying to show focus in my passion of aerospace engineering.
What I am getting at is that as my unweighted gpa is getting smaller, I am taking more AP classes and am now doing a lot more extra- curriculars. My grades being stellar is the only problem I am having. I am not trying to prove myself in this message, I want the truth. I feel like since academia is most important, this will definitely hinder my applications. I know being a Sikh, wearing a turban and emphasizing my diversity will not help in this matter greatly. Will a college like UPenn or Cornell see my grades going slightly down as a very bad thing? Or is there a chance I can redeem myself?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Yes, grades going down is not too good.
Chances for those schools will also depend on your SATs, extracurriculars, etc.
