Greetings everyone!

This is a post of my question(s) regarding issues & getting in good schools.

The situation:
After getting mostly A's, my senior year is terrible because of uncontrollable factors,
mainly sicknesses and BIG family issues that kept me from school, SAT/ACTs, and apps.
As a result, I am getting B's and C's...
(I only wrote that sickness affected my grades in the additional info, though.)

Schools applied:
Cal / UC Davis/ UCLA / Boston C / U of Michigan Ann Arbor / Stanford (scores didn't send on time) / Washington in St.Louis / U of SoCal
(Schools with big names!)

My basic info:
Came to the US in freshman year, English is third language
GPA: 3.90(W) 3.85(UW)
Expected GPA in senior year: 3.00(W) 2.65(UW)
3 APs
ACT w/ Writing: 24 :(
Extracurriculars and intern: Arts and music, engineering and marketing, leadership and interns

..............Besides studying for upcoming finals, any ways that I can make it up, or am I doomed?
I know I'm a total idiot for messing up my grades...:

Any kind of opinions will be really appreciated!
Hope you guys have an awesome day :)
