<p>I got the same thing, only I sent the application AFTER the transcript was already in the mail. In short, it seems like they didn't even need it anyway and it was processed! Who knows why they want you to attach it, but mine was processed without it.</p>

<p>Actually, "signing" the signature page is as simple as clicking the checkbox and hitting send. That is all you have to do. No printing required.</p>
