Good online history courses?

I am a graduated senior taking a gap year. I hope to minor or double major in history in college, but I did not develop this interest in history until the spring of my senior year, so I want to take some online history classes both for mine own enjoyment and to demonstrate this interest to colleges.

I have not yet been able to find the type of course I am looking for. I need it to be a free course, preferably focused on British history. Any country or period is fine, but if I had to choose, anything focused on Scotland or the late middle ages would be great. I've already looked at Coursera and EdX.

Does anyone have a course or site they would like to recommend? Thanks very much :)

[Sorry if this is the wrong section - I am not taking the course to get college credit, so I didn't think the "Online Degrees" board was right. Let me know I I should post this elsewhere.]

The edit button isn’t showing up for me, but I have also checked OpenCulture and Future Learn.
