Good options for a international student?

Hi everyone, as of today I am now a senior, so its time to look for universities. I want to study Computer Science, but the problem is that Mexico (where I am from) is not well know for their tech majors, so i thought it would be better to study in the US. I dont really know where to start looking, so I was looking for some suggestions. Im looking for universities where the CS course is good (top 50?), and Im also looking for universities where I could have, well, realistic chances of getting in.

I have an overall average of 91 (dont really know how to convert to GPA), some extracurriculars such as personal projects (Android App and some little java games), part of the school committee (I will be organizing our graduation party and all that), Im also part of the FIRST (Robotics competition) team, Ive played ice hockey (Ice Rink closed some months ago...) and basketball. I should also add that Im currently taking all my classes in english, and I am also taking Chinese and French. I also recently went to MIT to take an Android Development course, and last year I went to UCLA for a Java course.

As I said, I really dont know where to start looking, and I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance!
