Help Me Find Colleges Good At Cs?

Hello, I'm an international student from Mongolia. I'm senior. I want to major in CS. Here is a list of prospective colleges.

MIT
Cornell
Vanderbilt
Grinnel
Harvey Mudd
Middlebury
Williams

I know these colleges are too competitive for international student. So I'm asking you guys to name 3 more colleges that are safety for me and are also good at CS. (I'm applying to 10 colleges).
Actually, Middlebury and Williams are changeable. Please gimme some opinions.

Well in order to names safeties. we need stats

I have the same question with Tsengunn but what about LACs? DO any LAC schools good at CS?

Hey, ashlee's man? I see a lot in SAT forum. How was your test? I can't wait Oct 25, although I might have done bad. I'm going to retake it in Dec.
And I'm taking Nov Subject Tests in Math2c, Physics, Japanese (is learning for the 3rd year).
I might take 2000+ on Dec SAT -- that's my goal. You know, SAT is not a piece of cake for international student. Also I'm in a deep need of financial aid -- I mean full need-met scholarship. Here in Mongolia, ordinary family's annual income is around $4500. Yea, almost forgot. I'm a USAP participant. The abbreviation stands for United States Achievers Program (<a href="http://www.usapglobal.org%5B/url%5D">www.usapglobal.org</a> but the website is under construction).
I'm not that familiar with writing stats or sth. We don't need that in order to attend colleges here.
Anyway, I just tried to imitate from someone's thread.

I already told you about my SAT. And I'm sure I can get 750+ on all of the subject tests.
My GPA is around 3.9 unweighted. First of class of 62 students. (My school is a small private school, but well-known and one of the most competitive high schools)
Class treasurer (3 years)
So many medals from Maths, English, and Physics.
Best student of 2006-2007 and is really likely to be in 2007-2008 academic year.
Been working and teaching in a local orphanage for 2 years.

Recs: Class teacher, Principal, Director, Sakurai Sensei.

Okay ask me if you need info that I didn't mention

come to think of it, my counselor said i should avoid public schools because they don't offer much scholarship. is it true?

no thats not true. in fact if ur looking for a lot of merit aid publics are probably your best bet.

George Tech, Renssaeler Polytechnic, publics....

seiken and OP,

I am not at all sure that it is true that publics are the best bet for merit aid for international students. In fact, I'm pretty sure the opposite is true; as taxpayer supported institutions, public universities take a lot of heat if a large fraction of their scholarship money goes to foreign students. A good friend of my son is considered an international student even though he has lived in the United States since he was eleven. He had a stellar high school record, including SAT/ACT etc, but found that most public institutions do not consider internationals for merit aid. International-rate tuition is even higher than out-of-state at many.

Your first move should be to start finding schools that include internationals in their "100 % of need met" policy. Second move is to find schools that explicitly state that their merit awards are available to international students. After you find some schools that work in those two categories, then choose those that offer computer science programs. Where to find the information about aid for internationals? From the schools themselves. Send some very clear e-mails to admissions and financial aid offices and read the web sites thoroughly.
