Good SAT/Not as Good ACT. What to do?

I had recently taken both the SAT and the ACT (both for the first time as a high school junior) and was slightly surprised by the results. While I had received a 2290 on the SAT, I had gotten only a 32 on the ACT. When submitting to colleges, should I just ignore the ACT grade, go for a retake (albeit not recommended since I have quite a bit of other work to do), or submit both and hope for the best?

I realize that I might be coming off as conceited or bratty in my question, but can you guys help guide me? I bump only because I know you are the best people to ask for this stuff

I think just keep the SAT and don’t worry about the ACT anymore. I don’t know what schools you’re looking at but a 2290 is a great SAT score and perfectly fine for almost all colleges, even the more selective ones. So focus on ECs and being you!

“only” a 32. Just send your better score. Move on to the next part of your application.

Oh gosh a 32. Wow that is a horrible score. good luck getting into any college

Sorry I just had to.

If you do send both the college will just use the higher score.
