I am sorry that the headline is so broad. I am a freshman at St Thomas in Minnesota, and Im looking to transfer. I am an average to above average student I would say. I'm sure my mom would like me to stay in state, but I feel that this may be a time in my life to explore a bit when Im young and I am at the least very curious about what options there are out of state (and country for that matter). I am open to many fields as of now in these areas, but if I were to narrow it down, Id say Environmental/ conservation biology, environmental engineering. or Biology, environmental science/studies degree (likely with grad work cause they are so broad). Knowing that I am not a "brilliant" student, Im not sure what I could get into, but I am looking all over North America for schools. So in short, does anyone know of good programs in Canada or USA that is roughly 20000 or less a year, in or very close to a large/ big city that has at least fairly reputable programs in these areas? Thanks

Oh, and p.s.- Does FAFSA work if you are US citizen applying to Canadian school?
