What is a good score for a New SAT? What will get you into the Ivy Leagues and other really good schools?

2400 .

2000+ is good
2100+ is really good
2250+ is great
2350+ is pretty much perfect

2500 .

Of course, here you will get a weighted range for scores when discussing how good they are because some of the best students in the country post here.

Around 1500 is the "average", but it all depends on the school you are shooting for.

If you are going for an Ivy, then 2300+ is good. A state school probably commands 1800+ in many cases. Anywhere in between looks to be 2000-2100 or so.

It is difficult to generalize because different people will have their own opinion on what defines a good SAT score. Of course, SAT is not everything, as kids with better SAT can and are rejected in favor of lower SAT kids. It is really a holistic approach, the college admissions process.

I say 2100+ is good for Ivy League.

2110 got me into Yale.

nice......

It really depends on who you.
