good undergrad Physics and financial aid in the NE?

Hi - can someone help with this? We are looking for a good Physics undergrad programs in the Northeast and are wondering about Lafayette's and Lehigh's for Physics? So far on the list:
Princeton reach
Cornell slight reach
Harvard reach
UPenn reach
Penn State match
UMD match
Rutgers match
but we want a couple more matches that preferably are generous with aid.
Stats are SAT's cw 740, m 710, cr 630 but will retake in Oct. SAT II's m 710, chem 740, physics 690 but my son hadn't taken AP Physics and will take this year.
Extra curriculars Eagle Scout, marching band, wind ensemble, and hundreds of hours community service.

Thanks for any input

U Rochester
Case Western
RPI
JHU
CMU
Pitt

SUNY Stony Brook would make a good safety. Its right next door to Brookhaven national labs, making it quite solid for research opportunities.

Which state are you in? I second Pitt and CMU, but CMU might not have great aid.

Hi - we're in NJ. Thanks for your responses.
