Got a email asking "Come to Charleston" from admissions office, does this mean admission is likely?

I applied to the College of Charleston as a Readmit student on Oct. 30 and recieved a confirmation my application was accepted and I’d recieve a decision via email. On Nov. 7, I recieved an email from the admissions’ office email address titled “Follow Your Passion”. It didn’t look like an official acceptance letter due to fancy graphics. However, it profiled a CofC student and then at the bottom invited me to “Come to Charleston”. It also provided a link to schedule a visit to campus. Is this a early hint of acceptance?
