Got a Letter in the Mail...is it Money?

So, I got a letter from the Maryland Higher Education Commission or whoever the heck saying that they have extra scholarships left over for some Distinguished Scholar Honorable Mention students. The letter says to fill out where I am planning to go to school and send it back.

Does that mean I get the scholarship, or I'm just one of many they're considering for it?

I'm pretty sure that means you got it (b/c I got the same thing last year, except as a semi-finalist). Send that in ASAP and save $3000.

Sweet, that's awesome! The letter was weirdly ambiguous about whether or not I'd actually get anything, so I was wondering if any students from last year had an idea about it. I'll definitely put it in the mail today.

Maryland is shaping up to be a steal. It looks like all four years will cost about the same as one year at some schools I turned down. Yay. Go Terps :].
