<p>I guess I agree w/ stam. Except weird things have been happening w/ USC. I know a lot of kids who were admitted to NU but rejected from USC, which seemed REALLY weird at first but then US News put USC above Northwestern for selectivity as well. At any rate, USC is definitely better and higher ranked than GW and BU. For IR, Tufts and Gtown are probably the best, though. Tufts should be easier to get into than Georgetown</p>
