Got in to SAS but want to do Engineering. What should I do?

<p>I just transferred to SAS but denied to SOE. What should I do? I still have 5 classes of general ed classes to take for engineering (calc 3, DE, Physics 2, Chem 1, chem 2). Can I just take these courses and transfer to SOE? Any help is appreciated, has anyone else been in this situation? thanks</p>

<p>General requirements to transfer INTO the School of Engineering:</p>

<p>Students must have completed a minimum of 15 credits at Rutgers University.
Students should have completed the equivalent of at least Calculus I & II (01:640:151,152), Physics I (01:750:123-124, or 201, or 203), and Chemistry I & II (01:160:159, 160, 171 or 161,162), but this requirement may be relaxed depending on grades earned at Rutgers University and the applicant’s proposed major.
Students taking the above requirements at RU-New Brunswick must have earned a cumulative and term grade-point average of 2.5 (with no “Ds” or “Fs”) when the application is submitted. Students taking the above pre-requisites at RU-Newark or Camden must have earned a cumulative and term grade-point average of 3.0 (with no “Ds” or “Fs”).
Students interested in applying for admission to the School of Engineering must submit the school-to-school online application no later than December 1st for the Spring semester, and June 1st for the Fall semester.

<p>Please note that the School of Engineering does NOT use Degree Navigator as the official record of progress. Check with the SOE advising staff in B100 for progress towards graduation.</p>
