<p>So I finally got my new glasses yesterday!! They've been ready for about a week, but this was the first time I've been home since they were ready.</p>
<p>I love them!! I think they're super cute, and they're also extremely comfortable to wear...my most comfortable ones to date. I've had them on all day and it feels like practically nothing!!</p>
<p>What do you think?</p>
<p>…Hipster glasses. My old ones were the same, but I got them before they were cool.

<p>But really, they’re great glasses, and really cover your whole range of vision. I liked how defined the dark frames are, too. :)</p>
<p>I think they’re more nerdy than hipster, but I also think they’re really cute, and I definitely didn’t get them because they’re “cool”. </p>
<p>They’re also not my normal style, in the past I’ve gotten smaller but wider frames that were more rectangular, but I really like these. They look just as good if not better on me than my old ones.</p>
<p>I love them in black. They also come in red (a really pretty red that I would’ve gotten if I ever wore red, but I don’t), and tortoise shell. I almost got the tortoise shell, but it didn’t look as good on me, probably because I have kinda dark skin, and very dark (1 shade off black) hair.</p>
<p>Don’t get me wrong – I loved my old glasses because I thought they looked nerdy too, and I didn’t think you got 'em because they were cool, but rather because they’re awesome. 
They’re just really popular with the hipster population around here, of late, so that’s what I thought of. :p</p>
<p>My current glasses are actually more like your normal style, and I’d trade for your new ones any day!</p>
<p>Hipsters around here go more for the Wayfarer style. That’s why I said I think mine are more nerdy.</p>
<p>But in any case, they are definitely awesome!!</p>
<p>I was between these and ones that were more like my normal style, and I went with these because I thought they looked better on me, and they were much more comfortable. I might get a cheap pair from Zennioptical or Coastal that are more like my normal style, just so I have options. I mean, I can get a pair for around $20 from either of those places, so I kinda figure why not?</p>
