Gotta risk it to get the biscuit

Okay so thanks a lot for taking the time to review my post!

My concern is on whether receiving my finance degree in any of these colleges would be similar in quality or if there are any schools that are much better/not so good. If you could rank these and explain why the particular order I would greatly appreciate it.
(Just so you know I do not have a preference on public vs. private and will definitely keep academics my priority in college... so no excessive partying. I will still have fun but want to excell in school primarily)

The list is:
The University of Colorado (in Boulder, Colorado)
The University of Tapma (in Tampa, Florida)
Wittenberg University (in Springfield, Ohio)
The University of Portland (in Portland, Oregon)
Drake University (in Des Moines, Iowa)
The University of Kansas (in Lawrence, Kansas)
Menlo College (California)
University of Denver (Denver, Colorado)
Creighton University (Omaha, Nebraska)

Do you have some idea about where you want to live after graduation? DU (University of Denver) is very well respected in the Colorado area, but probably doesn’t do you initially as much good out in California or up in Oregon. CU is very expensive for out-of-state students.

Are you planning on going on to graduate school, or do you know at this point? (It is ok if you don’t know yet!) My point is that, if you do, it will be far more important where you go to grad school, because location will play into where you make your contacts and where you are likely (not inevitably, but likely) to stay.

And - why these particular colleges? If you go on to get an MBA, you could major in anything…don’t let a perceived strength in finance be your sole determinant of where you go to undergrad.
