GPA (Foreign Credit Evaluation)

Hello,

I'm an international applicant from India. I recently received a foreign credit evaluation (FCE) from Josef Silny which was required by Georgia Tech. They calculated my GPA to be 4.25 on a 4.000 scale.

Do you think it'd be beneficial to send the report to the other colleges I applied to? Though none of them require an FCE, do you think sending it would benefit me in anyway?

Sending the report is too expensive -- $30/college. I just don't want my money to go waste.

Thank you.

Anyone? ~ :)

No, they won’t be useful unless the college requests it (I didn’t apply to Georgia Tech because of that. Would have to spend $500 with rush translation). Other schools such as MIT and Stanford, for example, explicitly state that they are able to evaluate your academic performance with what is available to you.

Don’t bother spending that money. Good luck with GT ;)

^ all right, thanks. :)
