GPA on ACT score report

Do colleges look at the GPA on the ACT score report or do they just look at he ones I mentioned on my application. I do not think the GPA on my ACT score report is accurate and now I’m getting a bit worried. Any help would be appreciated!

Don’t worry about it. Colleges use your transcript for that. ACT is only used for scores, the GPA part is for you.

Go here for a sample report that ACT actually provides to colleges: http://www.act.org/aap/pdf/collegereport.pdf

As you will see it reports what range your self-reported GPA is in, not a specific GPA. As to detemrining actual admission, the only GPA actually used is the one reported to the college at or near the time you apply and submit a transcriipt (or for some colleges like the UCs, you self-report your actual grades).
