GPA

Lots of people are posting their GPA’s for their Georgetown application on a weighted 4.0 scale. My school gave me a GPA of a 103.6 on a weighted 100 point scale. Does anyone know the equivalent of this?

It’s very difficult to tell, since nearly every high school operates on a different weighting scale. Most high schools have some sort of high school profile that is publicly available and gives admissions officers some context into what is considered “good”. That way, the admissions office knows what a 103.6 means in the context of how difficult your classes are and how easy it is to achieve that GPA. If you’re curious, I would look on your guidance counselor’s webpage or ask them for the link to it.
