<p>That’s 4 year rate. The 6 year rate has consistently been between 65 and 68% for UA. </p>
<p>Not the best in the SEC, which I believe is University of Florida with a 6-year rate of about 85%, but they predominantly serve Floridians. Their out of state cap is set at 3%. I feel that UA is about average in the SEC considering the 6-year grad rate.</p>

BTW I just realized I posted the same thing twice…</p>
<p>The grad rate is rather irrelevant for serious full-time students (and I don’t mean those who take 12 credits and get considered to be full-time.)</p>
<p>Some college kids live in town and are taking a few classes at a time, paying as they go…and that negatively affects the grad rate.</p>
<p>Changing majors or dropping classes also affects the grad rate because sometimes that can add a year or two. </p>
