Grad School and Income

After reading the thread (I forget which forum it's on) about why one becomes an engineer, goes to med school, law school, or business school, I was wondering which one has the highest mean salary, which one has the greatest potentional for very high earnings, and the average salary gap between the top and bottom of these careers.

Business school for sure.

Even for average salary? I was looking at Forbe's best paying careers in America, and it seems like all of the top ones were in the medical profession.

I read somewhere that average income was DIRECTLY linked to happiness!

Wait, I never read that anywhere.

It was just something I read that made me wonder, and I sought an answer.

if i had to guess, it would be med school for highest mean.

The min for med school is probably higher than the avg for b-school.

Given that all three have a huge range, knowing the mean is practically useless. If you're trying to choose a career, pick the one you enjoy the most, and tweak specialties, etc. for income.
