Hello!

I am a junior Psychology student (biology minor) at UTSA. I hope to begin to apply to grad school this coming semester, but I have some pretty major blips on my transcript. Here's the rundown:

-Currently 1 year of research experience in a Neurobiology lab.
-Just published an abstract to be presented at a neuroscience conference in San Antonio. This will hopefully be published in the near future as a full article.
-Supplemental Instruction leader for the university (1 year)
-3.2 GPA
Here are the blips: 1.) C in political science, 2.) D in general chemistry 3.) D in genetics. Everything else are A's and B's. I will hopefully be retaking general chemistry and genetics, but I don't know if I'll have the time as to graduate requires 15 hours each semester.

I would like to apply for an MS in either biology, psychology or neuroscience but I don't know If I'll even be able to stand a chance with those 3 grades. Any thoughts on my chances or on ways I can improve my transcript? Thanks!
